Kids Yoga - Celebrating Spring

Your little will be engaged throughout class while participating in spring themed music, movement, games, of course yoga poses, and more! We will also practice child-friendly meditation and relaxation and learn ways to use our breath to calm our bodies and minds.

This yoga class is geared towards children, ages 4-8 years. However, you know your child best. If your little is 9 or 10, and you think they would enjoy class, feel free to sign them up!

Class is $8 per child and can be paid in cash at class. Please bring exact change.

Never let money keep you from sending your little(s) to yoga! If you need to pay less or you have multiple kids to send, feel free to reach out and we can chat via email at heather.yoga@icloud.com.

The pandemic is ongoing. Please do not send your child if they or a member of their household is not feeling well. The number of students has been limited in order to keep mats spaced a safe distance apart. At this time, community level is low in Allegany County and a face mask is not required. However, while not required, wearing a mask while entering and exiting the studio is encouraged to help make everyone feel safe, comfortable, and welcome. Whether or not you choose to wear a mask, I do ask that you always be mindful, respectful, and courteous of those around you. If you prefer your child remain masked at all times, please let me know before class begins.
