Your Questions Answered

DO YOU HOLD REGULAR WEEKLY CLASSES?

Yes!  I host a Gentle Flow Yoga class on Monday evenings.  Due to limited space, pre-registration is preferred.  You can sign up for this class by visiting the 'Upcoming Events' page.  I also host a Rest & Restore Yoga class on the first Saturday of each month and a Strength Yoga class on the third Saturday of each month!

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?

Yes!  At this time I am offering private group classes.  Please visit the 'Offerings' page for more information and please feel free to contact me if you're interested in chatting more!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING TO A YOGA CLASS?

The simple answer is whatever makes you feel comfortable!  I recommend wearing pants (they do not have to be leggings).  I also recommend dressing in layers, especially for Rest & Restore Yoga classes and during the colder months, as relaxation can be chilly and it's nice to get cozy!

You might choose to bring water or yoga props.  Props might include a blanket, blocks, or a strap - anything you use during your home practice or in other classes.  Props can help create space in our bodies, but they are always optional.
